Universal Pictures Concern Film Story Near Boulder Creek
A trainload of properties and a number of horses have arrived at Boulder Creek in conjunction with the Universal pictures. Clifford S. Smith, former director of William S. Hart, is directing Jack Hoxie, star of western features, in the filming of "Beyond the Law," a cowboy adventure story.
Principal supporting parts are played by Charlotte Stevens, Alys Murrell, Gordon Russel, Duke Lee and a number of the famous Hoxie cowboys.
The company will remain for two weeks.
William Farnum and a company of players have recently filmed a picture in the same vicinity."
