DIED: SMITH In Santa Cruz January 30, 1926 William S. Smith, aged 94 years, 10 months, 10 days.

Lived to Age of Ninety five Years

William F. Smith, who lived to the ripe age of 94 years, died yesterday evening at his residence at 104 Windham street. At the time of his passing he lacked about two months of being 95 years.

He was known by many as "Uncle Billy" and had made many friends. The deceased was born in Illinois.

The body is at Chase's undertaking parlors and the funeral announcements will be made later.

Funeral over William Smith

Funeral services were held yesterday over William F. Smith who died at the age of 95 years and were conducted by Rev. M. Kessell of the Free Methodist church.

Organizations with which Mr. Smith was affiliated, the G.A.R. and the Masonic body, assisted in the services and favorite hymns were sung.

The body was shipped to Mount Olivet for cremation.
