Civil War Veteran Called to Rest
Another civil war veteran was lost to the community today when James R. McAdam passed away at his home at 90 Clinton ST. Mr. McAdam has not been enjoying the best of health for some time past, and of late his condition has been such as to cause the gravest fears to those closest to him. He is survived by his wife. The deceased was 75 years of age and a native of Canada. He was a member of the GAR. The funeral will be held on Friday evening at 2 PM.

Old Soldier Laid to Rest
The funeral services for James McAdam, the aged veteran, who passed away on Tuesday, were held yesterday afternoon at the parlors of C.C. Chase on Walnut Av. A large number of comrades and sisters of the G.A.R. and W.R.C. of which the deceased was a member, attended the funeral and took part in the services.
