Nuclear Free Zone
The City of Santa Cruz first adopted a policy declaring Santa Cruz a Nuclear Free Zone on October 8, 1991. The Council Policy and Procedures Manual details this declaration in section 11.4 and is available for public view on the City of Santa Cruz website.
