The Scott Creek campers moved into the county center, and expressed their intent to remain on the premises until their impounded vehicles are returned. A county representative expressed that trespassing on private land cannot be supported, and that shelter has been offered through the Social Services Department's program. The campers refused, and requested their mobile homes be returned and that they could return to the Scott Creek campsite. Nine campers, a newsman, and a nearby resident were arrested at the beach campsite. Then the campers moved to the Workers Hall before the live-in protest at the county center. There is the potential that a new landowner will purchase the beach and allow the campers to return, pending use of the beach.
