House on the Delfina Costella property
House on the Delfina Costella property, which spanned Graham Hill Road and the Ocean Street Extension. The house was considered haunted and was sometimes referred to as the "White Lady's House" because individuals claimed to have seen a ghost starring down from an upstairs window. The house burned to the ground around 1970.
