Looking south on Pacific Avenue past Walnut Street on the right and Soquel Avenue on the left to the Del Mar movie theatre. Woolworth's is on the corner of Walnut and Pacific. The old Bank of America building on the corner of Soquel and Pacific would become the home of the downtown New Leaf grocery store.
