Cracks in the the Palomar Hotel building

Cracks in the facade of the Palomar Hotel building near the lobby entrance and the store "Limited." The Palomar's owners had just had the building retrofitted; it survives twenty years later, thanks to a modern adhesive that "superglued" cracks such as these, inside and outside of the structure.
