Middle part of the Pacific Garden Mall

Caution tape closes the sidewalk on the middle part of the mall. Closed businesses include Pacific Pack & Pants, Pacific Cookie Company, Universe Records (the board-up between businesses), and Camouflage. Camouflage and Universe lost their plate glass windows.
