Al Forester and another man beside an 8-inch shell, Paradise Park
Al Forester and younger man, sitting beside 8-inch shell, weighing around 500 pounds. It was found in the San Lorenzo River, at Paradise Park. Until 1924, the Paradise Park area was called Powder Mill Flats, the site of the California Powder Works.
