Cooper Street during the reconstruction

View of Cooper Street during the reconstruction of the Santa Cruz City downtown area after the 1989 earthquake. Far right is the Leonard building (1894) and to the left is the shell of the County Bank Building. The County Bank building was constructed in 1895, replacing a saloon that had stood on the site and that was destroyed in the fire of 1894.
