A dusty job
The company responsible for the removal of asbestos facilitates the entire process, from removal to disposal, putting all workers at risk of illness. The asbestos found in the Central Branch was not against regulation when inserted in 1968. The asbestos more so created an issue when renovating the heating and ventilation systems was needed.
Workers claim that asbestos is not necessarily a threat until it is tampered with, in which one will need to test the air constantly to know what danger they are in.
