The report details the early history of ownership by the the Errington Family who sold it to Marion Hollis, avid golfer and horsewoman. She named the property Vine Hill and built the famous Polo Barn on the property for her horses. She eventually sole the property to another polo family who eventually sold it to Lawridge Farms.
