Historical Evaluation of the Hollins Stables Off Highway 17

The report uses the national standard criteria for assessing the historical worth of a site for preservation. The report deemed that there was grounds for that designation due to the natiriety of the owner, the architect, the age of the structure and its significance in Scotts Valley culture and history.
