Historical Background of the Frapwell-Holiday Host Barn
The barn was originally built by the Frapwell’s family to use in their dairy operations. As the farm’s property was sold and redivided by various groups over the succeeding years the barn was bought and sold several times. It has Beene used as a community center, Boy Scout meeting place, the Baymonte School buildings, a dance hall that hosted many famous bands like Janis Joplin and the Grateful Dead, and a theater.
