The Frapwell’s settled in Scotts Valley and lived in the cottage until their larger home was built near the Thomson Victorian. The Victorian and the land around it was sold as well and the Frapwell’s decided to build a new home. Previously the cottage was occupied by the Silva family who worked on the Thomson farm and several modifications were made to the original building. The Silvia’s were relocated to another home on the property to allow the Frapwell’s to occupy the cottage temporarily.
