Big bash Saturday at the wharf

The wharf was recently improved with a 3 million dollar facelift which has been somewhat controversial and is under current investigation by the Santa Cruz Grand Jury. The article contains pictures of a past remodel in 1914 to improve the wharf and make it more business friendly.
