The Greenhouse at The Farm grows its own vegetables

The Farmhouse Restaurant is in a centuries old house that has been remodeled and has won the prestigious SCOPE award for beautiful design of a historic building. His partner Charles Wickard runs the farm using organic techniques. Bryson learned about farming in the Peace Corp and learned about the restuarant business from managing the Crow’s Nest and Shadowbrook Restaurants.
