Interviews include Helen Pantano who is retired and says a lot of older people work at the Boardwalk because they are appreciated. Also interviewed are a Kathy and Marshall Miller who got there first job at the Boardwalk in the 1960s and eventually got married and now work there again because they love the atmosphere and the people they meet.
