Earl Guy was my father’s attorney and he also got his father to invest in property there. Arthur Breed Sr. Had asked Judge Logan to buy the property but was turned down because the Judge wanted to build a hotel there. Later the Judge changed his mind as his deal feel through and he sold the property to Arthur Breed Sr. Breed Sr. Then developed the lots and other small businesses to improve the resort.
