BC Library opened thanks to efforts of its many friends

The article outlines the many pieces of artwork and interior design that have been gifts from the local community. The design of the lirary has been awarded a SCOPE aware for aesthetics. The library will be dedicated to late librarian June Brosius and the ceremonies are planned.
