Henry Middleton- Telephone interview with Shirley Gleason

Shirley remembers his mistress who was very kind to the people in town and rode in a wicker carriage with little ponies. She would invite Shirley to pick flowers to bring to town. The WCTU was not as nice. Henry’s family came to live with him and worked in his store for a time before he had his stroke.
