Phil Hartman moved with his family to Lorenzo from CAnada and opened a hotel. the business burned down in the big fire that destroyed Lorenzo. The Hartment’s were involved in the transportation business of tourists and freight. Over Phil’s life her served as a Constable and as Fire Chief and continued to made his own grape stakes and fence posts with his friend Karmany WEst well past retirement.
