Creddiford home is purchased as possible museum

The house has been named as “the 100 year old house” as it was the oldest house in Boulder Creek. It actually borders on the old town site of Lorenzo and was part of a land grant given to James Perry for his lumber operations. This house must be designated as a historical site before it can become a museum and until then will operate as a business location. The museum might wind up being a historical house with original furnishings or a museum with exhibits.
