Businesswoman, mother are SLV's man and woman if the year

The dinner was Hawaiian themed and held at Costella’s Chalet which has been the tradition for many years. Many dignitaries and civic leaders attended. Barbara Carlisle was named for her work with children with disabilities and Bob Slawinski for his work to beautify Boulder Creek.
