The petitioners are noted as saying that they feel that the Chamber of COmmerce is the best group to coordinate a solution to the problem. Suggestions were made about how often communities handle the problem. Carl Connelly of the Chamber of Commerce agreed to muster the group to provide assistance in creating a solution.
