Camp Joy settle problem with building code violations

Camp Joy residents have a plan in place to remedy the code violations recently noted at the site. The County Planning Department has agreed to pause any plans to cut off utilities to allow Camp Joy time to enact its plan. Some changes have already occurred to bring the buildings on site up to code.
