Barbara Carlisle was chosen for her work with foster children especially those with disabilities. Bob Slawinski was chosen for his management of projects to beautify and improve downtown Boulder Creek. The awards were given out at the Annual Dinner held at Costella’s Chalet and was attended by many civic and political leaders.
