The restaurant was recently purchased by the Squire family who owns the Fern Cafe in Ben Lomond. Five members of the family will manage the new restaurant which focuses on home cooking and simple moderately priced meals. No alcohol is served but they do have a soda fountain. On the first night all fed was served for free and the line was around the block. they serve about 900 to 1000 customers per week since opening.
