The Credifords were one of the earliest pioneer settlers in Boulder Creek, arriving here from Maine. She grew up in “the 100 year old House” and her father and mother were involved in lumbering and were instrumental in establishing several businesses in the new town of Boulder Creek. She met her husband Joseph Johnson in Boulder Creek and the lived in San Francisco after getting married.
