The School District has approved an additional elementary school in Boulder Creek. IT should be ready in about three years and then each of the four schools will have about 590 students which is at the limit of space. Currently the property is being secured one parcel at a time with eminent domain being used for some of the acreage needed. The school district hopes to obtain more land to build a junior high on the property as well. Some state funds are available through grant money and the rest of the property will be obtained by several means.
