Boulder Creek
Short excerpt on the history of Boulder Creek including the lumber industry lead by J. Perry and James Cunningham. Logs were brought down the valley via the flume, followed by a narrow gauge railroad and finally a standard gauge railroad. Geographic landmarks for Boulder Creek are where the Bear Creen and Boulder Creek enter the San Lorenzo River. For a time, a village called Lorenzo was established there but eventually subsumed by Boulder Creek.
