Down Memory Lane- Back When the Road Was Dustier
The article describes the beginnings of settlement and industry in Boulder Creek and the need for transportation and freight transport. Moody and Cress established a livery stable and various wagons and coaches to support transport of people around town and to the tourist areas and handled teams of oxen and horses to move freight and make deliveries of goods.
