Felton Grove repairs are completed

About 800 feet of the riverbank was reinforced with concrete riprap and willow trees. The flood in 1986 washed away some of the bank and flooded the homes. The United STates Soil Conservation Project pays 80% of the cost and the County is supposed to cover the rest. There was no money so the six residents in Felton Grove covered the difference.
