The article provides an overview of the strategy for creating the new design using group work and table top exercises to get people thinking. Already some new ideas includes better parking, improved pedestrian access, a park near the Covered Bridge, a train connecting Santa Cruz to Felton and a facelift for the eight historic buildings in town.
