The Atomic Vault Company says that construction f new roads and high density housing has already caused erosion on their property and content that the zoning for the area was for a green space and single family dwellings. City officials have 90 days to come up with a plan to resolve the problem. The company notes the valuable government records that have been kept secure in the vault and it has proven valuable in recent disasters to have been safely stored there.
