Roaring Camp and Big Trees Line Second County Railroad
The Dixiana Shay narrow gauge locomotive has arrived at Roaring Camp in Felton. It was found by Norman clark in Virginia where it had hauled coal for many years before being abandoned on a side rail. It was bought for $1500 and brought by flat car to California. It will be used to provide rides up to the redwoods from roaring Camp after being rehabilitated.
