Roaring Camp
Roaring Camp is a recreated railroad town that provides train rides on a 5 mile line through the redwoods. People can picnic or fish in the pond as well as buy old fashioned goods at the store. The property has a long history staring with a sawmill by Isaac Graham and early planning of the Bear Revolt by John Fremont. It has a long history as a hub for a line that ran from Santa Cruz to Felton and eventually to boulder Creek. Norman Clark currently owns the property and has plans to expand from the locomotives currently in use from England to other engines and routes. The trains currently run on the week-ends but will be expanding in the coming summer months.
