Bay Area trolleys

Trolley cars used to be widely used in many of the cities and towns in the Bay Area and were successful between 1900-1905. They went out of business when a conspiracy of multiple business tycoons Standard Oil, Phillips Oil, Goodyear Tire, Mack's Trucks and General Electric plotted to bring in buses and get ride of the trolleys. This group was accused of removing track and burning trolley cars to meet their business goals.
