South Pacific Coast Railroad
Detailed information about the various types of railway lines built and for different purposes, the use of tunnels on the routes, disaster during the use of the railroads and how business needs drove the expansion of the railroad lines. Of interest was the use of the various spurs that were left after the tunnels over the summit were blocked to foster local transportation needs around the spurs.
