Quake of ‘06 didn't stop Mt. Hermon's founders

Article discusses the beginnings of Mt Hermon Christian Conference Center before the earthquake hit. Many of the people who planned to buy and build in the camp now did not have the money. Mt. Hermon persisted and was able to be formally dedicated in 1907.
