McHugh discusses Felton's origins
Letter to the editor written by historian Tom McHugh to clarify a current debate about who the town of Felton was named after. The article recites all of the many connections to the Stanley family, who laid out the town of Felton on part of the Zayante land grant, and the politician John Brooks Felton who was known on the national stage as well as connected to residents of San Lorenzo Valley.
