He stated that once the house sells he would need to leave within 60 days so he is giving the Fire district leadership some warning of his plans. Chief McDonnell has been in place for 13 years and currently has a staff of 25 firemen. This year to date there have been over 550 calls. The department covers five square miles and 5,000 people.
