Bids sought for covered bridge

A three phase project to renovate the Felton Covered Bridge and repair storm damage from the 1982 storms has been approved as it out to bid. The first phase is basic infrastructure and foundation work. The second phase is stream bank repair and the third is to strengthen and repair the walls and roof.
