Felton Cemetery
The town was set up in 1868 but the oldest buriul there is 1873. It was in 1908 before several acres were bought from F.A. Hihn for a formal cemetery. Hihn was the county’s wealthiest landowner and lumberman. The cemetary was set up to allow members of Sa Lorenzo Valley to bury their loved ones there versus in Santa Cruz.
