Cramer Hotel
Thomas Kramer was a caterer in Santa Cruz and moved to Felton to run the hotel. hotel was built in 1876 and housed lime kiln workers and railroad workers and had a view of the Felton Flume and the Railroad Station. It has been used as a beauty parlor and store. In 1898, WW Hendricks bought the hotel and renamed it the Felton Hotel.
