The whole town is involved in the public wedding of Marjorie Hobson and Richard Harris. a team of women are decorating the floats that will bring the bridal party down the river to the River Park celebration and another group is arranging the cars that will be used to parade through town after the wedding. The merchants of Ben Lomond are providing many of the gifts. The ceremony is being coordinated by Paddy Smith as a part of “Timber Days’ festival.
