Stick style architecture left mark on Santa Cruz
For being in SC for only a few years, he left his mark in the city
- Designed the Garfield Park Tabernacle
- Schools for Soquel, Branciforte, Gault
- Mansions: Epworth-by-the-sea, Cliffcrest, Phelan Park, A.P. Swanton's House
- Hostels such as YWCA, Sea Beach Hotel and Villa Fontenay
When used in the mountains, it was called alpine stick style and was favored for most county train stations
