Bandwagon Rolling toward BL Traffic Light

The Ben Lomond Town Association has over 400 names on a petition to Cal Trans to install a computerized traffic light at the intersection of Highway 9 and Glen Arbor. Over 18,000 cars a day go through the intersection. altho more expensive, the computerized light would mitigate traffic jams on Highway 9 by only triggering when a car was approaching the intersection. Ms. Jacquot of the committee notes multiple car and pedestrian accidents at this intersection.
