Legal Council makes three recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. One, that the property currently evacuated should remain in that capacity. Two, that the road at the bottom of Love Creek road should warn people to avoid using it and that it is closed to through traffic. And three, that the County should report back to the residents what the plan is for accessing their upper Love Creek homes within one month.
